Seamless.AI pricing: what its own pages say, and how to judge a quote

Seamless.AI doesn't publish a single paid price, so most pricing articles fill the gap with guesses. Its own help center and terms say a lot more than its pricing page does, and the contract terms matter as much as the number on the quote.

Short answer

Seamless.AI publishes no paid prices: on 26 October 2026 its pricing page led to a quote form, and its FAQ said it is free for up to 50 credits. Its help center lists the license allowances: Basic gives 250 credits a month per user, Pro 10,000 a month, and researching one contact costs 1 credit. Its terms make every subscription annual, even when billed monthly, with cancellation due at least 60 days before renewal.

  • No paid prices are published; the free plan gives 50 credits that don't replenish.
  • Basic licenses get 250 Universal Credits a month per user and Pro licenses 10,000; one contact costs 1 credit, an AI Assistant message 0.2.
  • Every subscription is annual under the terms of use; cancel at least 60 days before renewal or it renews for 12 months.
  • Credit Back Protection refunds credits for invalid emails only, not phones, soft bounces or role addresses.
  • Before you sign, convert the quote into cost per credit and compare it with published prices: six Apollo Basic seats cost $3,528 a year.
On this page

This page is for sales leaders, founders and RevOps people who have been asked to get a Seamless.AI quote, are weighing a renewal, or want to know what "contact sales" will turn into. If you're already a customer, find your renewal date first; it decides how much room you have to negotiate or test alternatives.

How we checked

Blackpearl Group, which makes Bebop, wrote this page. Everything about Seamless.AI comes from its own pricing page, help center articles and terms of use, read on 26 October 2026 and listed in the sources. Seamless.AI publishes no paid prices, so this page has none for it. Third-party sites quote figures, but we couldn't verify them on Seamless.AI's own pages, so we don't repeat them. Prices for other tools come from their own pricing pages on the same day, before tax.

What Seamless.AI publishes about pricing

ItemWhat Seamless.AI's own pages say (26 Oct 2026)
Paid pricesNone. seamless.ai/pricing redirected to a "Pricing Inquiry" page offering "special pricing for unlimited users, bulk credits, prospector, job changes, buyer intent, and enrichment", with a form that asks for your company size
Free"Seamless.AI is free for up to 50 credits" (home page FAQ)
LicensesFree, Basic and Pro licenses, plus bulk credit pools bought for the whole organization (help center)
Contract"All subscriptions for the Services are annual with monthly or annual billing cycles" (terms of use, last updated 23 October 2026)
CancellingChange or cancel no later than 60 days before the annual renewal date, or the contract renews for 12 months
Refunds"All sales are final" except as the terms provide; opt-in purchases are non-refundable
Price changesFees can change on notice, "effective immediately upon notice"
Usage limitsThe terms set "Service Limits" on leads and on contact details you can export, download or view, and say they are linked from the pricing page; that page showed the quote form, not the limits

So the only firm numbers are allowances, credit costs and contract rules. The rest of this page works from those.

Licenses and what they include

Seamless.AI moved to a single credit type, Universal Credits, during 2026. Its help center describes the allowances like this:

LicenseCreditsRefreshNotes
Free50 Universal CreditsNever: they don't replenishFor trying the product
Basic250 a month per userMonthly, on the contract start dateThe smallest paid allowance
Pro10,000 a month per userMonthly, on the contract date40 times Basic's allowance
Bulk poolA set amount for the organizationDoesn't replenish automatically; buy more when it runs outAdmins can leave it open or set per-user limits
Legacy Standard Credit Pro1,000 a day per userDaily at midnight UTCOnly for eligible accounts created before 1 April 2026; no longer sold

Since June 2026, older feature-specific credits (for enrichment, job changes, AI Assistant or Autopilot) have been converted one for one into Universal Credits. Buyer Intent is the exception: it uses a pool of Intent Topics shared across your organization, not credits, so ask how many topics a quote includes.

Admins can share credits from one pool (the default) or restrict each user to a limit that resets daily, weekly, monthly or yearly. Seamless.AI's own example is 750 credits a day.

What uses credits

ActionUniversal Credits
Research a contact ("Find"): title, emails, phone numbers and the rest of the profile1 per contact
Data Enrich (upload a list and fill gaps)1 per contact or row
Autopilot (automated research at scale)1 per contact
AI Assistant0.2 per interaction
AI Prompts and Campaigns0.2 per generated message
API callsVaries by task

One credit returns the whole profile, phones included. That's a real advantage for calling teams: Apollo charges 8 extra credits for a mobile and Lusha charges 5 credits for a phone. The catch is that you can't tell what a credit will return until you spend it, and Credit Back Protection only covers emails.

Credit Back Protection. When Seamless.AI's own verification finds an email invalid (the address doesn't exist, is disabled or can't receive mail), the credit goes back to your balance automatically. It doesn't cover soft bounces, role addresses such as info@, emails that stop working later, phone numbers or company data. Refunded credits can't be cashed out or moved to another account.

The contract terms that set the real cost

The quote is only half the price. These terms, from Seamless.AI's terms of use and help center, decide what you're committing to:

  1. It's a 12-month commitment either way. Monthly billing is a payment schedule on an annual contract, not a monthly plan. Payment is due in advance at the start of each billing cycle.
  2. The cancellation window closes 60 days before renewal. The help center adds that an admin or owner must submit the account modification form (Billing, then "Modify My Subscription") and meet with your Customer Success Representative to remove the automatic renewal.
  3. Prices can change on notice. The terms let Seamless.AI change subscription fees with notice, effective immediately. Ask for a price lock in your order form.
  4. Limits can change too. Service Limits can be modified or added with notice. Ask for your limits in writing.
  5. Late payment has costs. The terms allow a 2% late fee and reporting unpaid amounts to business credit bureaus.
  6. The data goes when you go. On termination, the terms say you must stop using and "securely destroy any and all Seamless Content and Seamless Data", and certify it within 5 days if asked. Plan for that before you build a CRM around exported records.

Worked example: six SDRs and a renewal date

Illustrative example. The company, volumes and renewal date are invented. Seamless.AI allowances and credit costs are from its help center; other prices are list prices published on 26 October 2026, before tax.

The team: Lanebridge (lanebridge.example) sells yard management software to distribution centers. Six SDRs each research 150 new contacts a month (site general managers and transportation directors) and need a phone number for about a third of them. Each rep also uses the AI Assistant about 15 times a working day.

Credits needed per rep each month:

  • Contact research: 150 × 1 = 150 credits (phones included)
  • AI Assistant: 15 a day × 21 working days × 0.2 = 63 credits
  • Total: 213 credits, inside a Basic license's 250, with 37 to spare

What that means for the quote: six Basic licenses cover Lanebridge today, with 6 × 250 × 12 = 18,000 credits a year. Pro's 10,000 a month per user would be 40 times what each rep uses. If a rep starts using Autopilot or enrichment, though, Basic runs out fast: 100 enriched rows a month adds 100 credits and pushes that rep to 313. Ask whether you can mix Basic and Pro licenses, or buy a bulk pool instead of upgrading everyone.

The deadline: Lanebridge's contract renews on 1 June 2027. Sixty days earlier is 2 April 2027: 31 days back from 1 June reaches 1 May, and 29 more reach 2 April. Lanebridge needs its form in and the CSM meeting booked before then, so the test below has to finish by mid-March.

The number to beat. The same work on tools with published prices:

Option for 6 reps, 900 contacts a month, 300 with phonesFits?12-month cost, cheapest billing
Apollo Basic, 6 seatsYes: 900 + (300 × 8) = 3,300 of 15,000 credits a month6 × $49 × 12 = $3,528 (annual)
Lusha Premium plus 1 seatYes: 900 + (300 × 5) = 2,400 of 3,400 credits a month$3,599.10 + $449.10 = $4,048.20 (annual)
Hunter StarterEmails only: 900 of 2,000 credits a month$34 × 12 = $408 (annual)

Turn the quote into comparable numbers. For six Basic licenses:

  • Break-even per license: $3,528 ÷ 6 ÷ 12 = $49 a month matches Apollo Basic billed annually.
  • Break-even per credit allowed: $3,528 ÷ 18,000 = $0.196.
  • Cost per credit actually used: Lanebridge uses 213 × 6 × 12 = 15,336 credits a year, so a quote of $3,528 would mean $3,528 ÷ 15,336 = $0.23 a used credit.

A Seamless.AI quote above the published range needs a reason, such as better results in your own test or the phone numbers that come with every credit. A quote below it still needs the 60-day calendar entry.

Questions to ask before you sign or renew

Ask in writing, so the answers end up in your order form.

Seamless.AI quote checklist
1. Total price for ___ users for 12 months, and price per license.
2. License type for each user (Basic 250 / Pro 10,000 credits a month) and
   whether we can mix them.
3. Can we buy a shared bulk credit pool instead of upgrading licenses?
4. Service Limits for our plan: leads, exports, downloads and views a month.
5. Buyer Intent: how many Intent Topics are included?
6. Price at renewal: is it locked, and for how long?
7. Billing: monthly or annual, and confirmation that the term is 12 months.
8. Cancel-by date for our renewal (60 days before) and the steps required.
9. What happens to exported data if we leave?
10. Can we test on our own list of 50 contacts before signing?

Run a two-week test before the deadline

Fifty free credits are enough for a small, honest test if you plan it.

  1. Build a truth set of 40 contacts whose email and phone you know are right because they replied or answered in the last six months. Include your hardest segment.
  2. Set pass marks first. For example: 75% found, under 3% hard bounces, and at least half of mobiles reaching the right person.
  3. Run the same 40 through Seamless.AI and one published-price tool on the same day: same companies and roles, no names supplied.
  4. Score every record. +1 for the right person in their current role with a working email or number, 0 for plausible but unconfirmed, -1 for a wrong person, someone who has left, a bounce or a wrong number. GTM-Bench, Blackpearl Group's June 2026 benchmark of AI prospecting systems, scores sub-standard records -1 in the same way, so volume can't hide weak data.
  5. Dial the mobiles. Credit Back Protection doesn't cover phones, so a wrong number costs you the credit and the call.
  6. Price the result. Cost per usable contact = annual quote ÷ (contacts a year × share scoring +1). For Lanebridge, if 80% score +1 on a $3,528 quote: $3,528 ÷ (10,800 × 0.80) = $0.41.

Is Seamless.AI worth it?

It can be if: your team calls a lot (one credit includes phones), your test shows its records hold up in your market, the quote lands inside the published range above, and you're comfortable committing for a year.

Look elsewhere if: you need month-to-month flexibility, you want to see prices before talking to sales, your volume is uncertain, or you want to keep using exported data after you leave.

Next step: compare published-price options in Seamless.AI alternatives, and if your shortlist includes Apollo, check its credit rules in Apollo pricing.

Questions people ask

How much does Seamless.AI cost?

Seamless.AI doesn't publish paid prices. On 26 October 2026, its pricing page led to a quote form, and its FAQ said it is free for up to 50 credits. Its help center lists the allowances a quote covers: Basic licenses get 250 credits a month per user and Pro licenses 10,000. Third-party sites quote figures we couldn't verify on Seamless.AI's own pages, so ask for a written quote.

Does Seamless.AI have a free plan?

Yes. A Free license gets 50 Universal Credits, and Seamless.AI's help center says they don't replenish. At 1 credit per contact researched, that's up to 50 contacts, each with whatever emails and phone numbers Seamless.AI finds. It's enough to test 40 contacts you already know before you ask for a quote, but not enough for ongoing prospecting.

How do Seamless.AI credits work?

Seamless.AI uses Universal Credits across its features. Researching a contact costs 1 credit and returns the full profile, phone numbers included. Enriching a row or running Autopilot also costs 1 credit per contact, and AI Assistant interactions or AI-written messages cost 0.2 each. Basic licenses refresh 250 credits a month and Pro licenses 10,000, on your contract date. Buyer Intent uses separate Intent Topics.

Can you cancel Seamless.AI at any time?

Not under its standard terms. Seamless.AI's terms of use, read on 26 October 2026, say all subscriptions are annual, even with monthly billing. To cancel, you must complete the subscription change no later than 60 days before the annual renewal date, and its help center says an admin must also meet with your Customer Success Representative. Otherwise the contract renews for another 12 months.

Does Seamless.AI refund credits for bad data?

Partly. Credit Back Protection automatically returns the credit when Seamless.AI's own verification finds an email invalid because the address doesn't exist, is disabled or can't receive mail. It doesn't cover soft bounces, role addresses such as info@, emails that stop working later, phone numbers or company data. Refunded credits go back to your balance and can't be cashed out or transferred.
