Short answer
The best Seamless.AI alternative depends on what you want to change. For published prices and monthly billing, look at Apollo, Lusha, RocketReach or UpLead. For enterprise coverage and intent, ZoomInfo or Cognism (both quote only, like Seamless.AI). For emails only, Hunter. Check terms as well as data: on 26 October 2026, Seamless.AI's terms made every subscription annual, with cancellation due at least 60 days before renewal.
- Seamless.AI's paid plans are quote only; its site says it's free for up to 50 credits.
- Its terms of use make every subscription annual and auto-renewing unless you cancel at least 60 days before the renewal date.
- Apollo, Lusha, RocketReach, UpLead and Hunter publish prices and let you pay monthly.
- Seamless.AI refunds credits for emails it finds invalid, but not for phones, soft bounces or role addresses.
- Put your renewal deadline in the calendar before you start testing alternatives.

How we compared
Blackpearl Group wrote this page, and one of the options is its own product (marked "we make it" below). The rules we followed:
- Selection. Each option replaces Seamless.AI's core job, finding verified contact details for B2B prospects, or a closely related one, and appeared in the Seamless.AI alternatives lists among the top search results on 26 October 2026. All three of the top lists we reviewed were written by vendors selling a competing product.
- Facts. Prices, credit rules and contract terms come from each vendor's own pricing page, help docs or terms, read on 26 October 2026. Where a vendor publishes no prices, we say "quote only". We don't repeat third-party price estimates for Seamless.AI, because we couldn't verify them against its own pages.
- No hands-on scores. We haven't tested these databases head to head. Accuracy figures quoted are the vendors' own.
- Fairness. For each option, we say when Seamless.AI is still the better fit.
What Seamless.AI offers on 26 October 2026
| Item | What Seamless.AI's own pages say |
|---|---|
| Free | "Seamless.AI is free for up to 50 credits" |
| Paid prices | Not published. The pricing page asks how many contacts you need a month (up to 1,000; 1,001 to 5,000; 5,001 to 25,000; more) and offers "special pricing for unlimited users, bulk credits, prospector, job changes, buyer intent, and enrichment" |
| Contract length | Terms of use: "All subscriptions for the Services are annual with monthly or annual billing cycles" |
| Cancelling | Make the change in the platform no later than 60 days before the next annual renewal date, or the contract renews for another 12 months |
| Refunds | "All sales are final" except as the terms provide |
| Price changes | The terms let Seamless.AI change fees with notice, effective immediately on notice |
| Usage limits | The terms set "Service Limits" on leads and on emails and contact details you can export, download or view, by plan |
| Credit Back Protection | Credits are refunded automatically when Seamless.AI's own check finds an email invalid (doesn't exist, disabled or can't receive mail); soft bounces, role addresses such as info@, emails that go bad later, phone numbers and company data aren't covered |
| Switching in | A "Switch and Save" offer gives discounts or credits matching up to 50% of a competitor contract's remaining value |
Monthly billing on an annual contract is the detail most often missed: paying monthly doesn't mean you can leave monthly.
Why teams look for Seamless.AI competitors
| Reason | Look at | Seamless.AI may still fit if |
|---|---|---|
| You want published prices and month-to-month terms | Apollo, Lusha, RocketReach, UpLead, Hunter | Your quote beats these at your volume and you're happy with a yearly commitment |
| You need sequences and a dialer as well as data | Apollo | You already use a separate engagement tool |
| Phone numbers matter most | UpLead, RocketReach Pro, ContactOut, Cognism | Your own dial test shows its numbers connect |
| Enterprise coverage, intent and one contract | ZoomInfo, Cognism | You compare all three on the same quote checklist |
| Reps reach people but don't know what to say | An account research tool (see the account research guide) | Your team already researches each account |

Worked example: what your Seamless.AI quote has to beat
Illustrative example. The agency, volumes and renewal date are invented. Prices are list prices published on 26 October 2026, before tax or discounts.
The team: Brightmill Partners (brightmill.example) is a founder-led agency that runs outbound for mid-sized food and packaging manufacturers. The founder and two SDRs each need 150 new contacts a month with a verified email, and 50 of each person's contacts (plant and operations managers) need a mobile. That's 450 contacts a month for three users, 150 with mobiles. Their Seamless.AI contract renews on 1 March 2027.
The deadline comes first. Sixty days before 1 March 2027 is 31 December 2026 (28 days of February plus 31 of January is 59, plus one more day). Brightmill must cancel or change its plan in the platform by then, which leaves about nine weeks from today to test alternatives.
Credits needed each month:
- Apollo: 450 × 1 + 150 × 8 = 450 + 1,200 = 1,650 credits
- Lusha: 450 × 1 + 150 × 5 = 450 + 750 = 1,200 credits
- RocketReach and UpLead: 150 lookups or credits per user, phones included
- Hunter: 450 emails, no phones
| Option for 3 users | Fits? | Billed monthly | 12 months, cheapest billing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Apollo Basic, 3 seats | Yes: 1,650 of 7,500 credits | $195 | $147 × 12 = $1,764 (annual) |
| Lusha Premium (5 seats) | Yes: 1,200 of 3,400 credits | $399.90 | $299.95 × 12 = $3,599.40 (annual) |
| RocketReach Pro, 3 seats | Yes: 150 of 250 lookups each | $297 before any multi-seat discount | $829 × 3 = $2,487 (annual) |
| UpLead Essentials, 3 accounts | Yes: 150 of 170 credits each | $297 | $3,564 (monthly, no contract) |
| Hunter Starter | Emails only: 450 of 2,000 credits, unlimited users | $49 | $34 × 12 = $408 (annual) |
| ContactOut | Its published plans allow one user per company; team plans are quote only |
What this tells Brightmill:
- The number to beat. For data plus phones for three users, published alternatives run from about $1,764 to $3,600 for a year. A Seamless.AI renewal quote above that range needs a reason, such as better results in the test below.
- Compare like with like. A yearly Seamless.AI contract should be compared with the yearly totals, but Lusha, UpLead, RocketReach, Apollo and Hunter can all be paid monthly. Flexibility has value if your volume might fall.
- Cost per contact. Apollo's annual price works out to $147 ÷ 450 = $0.33 a contact; Lusha Premium's to $299.95 ÷ 450 = $0.67. Accuracy can outweigh that gap: if one tool returns 10 percentage points more wrong records, that's 45 bad records a month for three reps. The cost of a bad record for a team this size is worked through in Apollo alternatives.
Questions to ask any quote-only vendor
Seamless.AI, ZoomInfo and Cognism all price by quote. Ask each the same questions, in writing, so the quotes compare.
1. Total price for ___ users for 12 months, and the price per user. 2. Credits per user: how many, per month or per day, and do unused credits expire? 3. What one credit buys: an email, a phone, both? Is a credit refunded if nothing is found? 4. Service limits: how many contacts can we export, download or view each month? 5. Contract length and renewal: auto-renewal? How many days' notice to cancel? 6. Price at renewal: can it rise, and by how much? 7. Refund or credit-back rules: what's covered (emails, phones, bounces) and what isn't? 8. Can we pay monthly, and does monthly billing still mean a 12-month commitment? 9. Trial or pilot: can we test on our own list of 50 contacts before signing? 10. Who owns exported data if we leave, and can we keep using it?
Run a two-week test before your deadline
- Build a truth set. Pick 20 to 50 contacts whose email and phone you know are right because they replied or answered in the last six months. Include your hardest segment.
- Set pass marks first. For example: at least 70% found, under 3% hard bounces, and at least half of mobiles reaching the right person.
- Include Seamless.AI. If you're a customer, run the same truth set through it. You need a baseline, not a memory.
- Run the same lookups on the same day in every tool: same companies and roles, no names supplied.
- Score every record. +1 for the right person in their current role with a working email or number, 0 for a plausible record you can't confirm, -1 for a wrong person, a bounce or a wrong number. This mirrors the scoring in GTM-Bench, Blackpearl Group's June 2026 benchmark of AI prospecting systems, where several general-purpose AI agents finished with negative net scores because weak records counted against them.
- Dial the mobiles. Credit Back Protection covers invalid emails only, so a wrong phone number costs you the credit and the call.
- Work out cost per usable contact. Annual price ÷ (contacts a year × share scoring +1). For Apollo at Brightmill's volume, if 80% score +1: $1,764 ÷ (5,400 × 0.80) = $1,764 ÷ 4,320 = $0.41.
Renewal date: ___ Cancel-by date (60 days before): ___

Decision and why:Best fit and limitations for each option
Apollo. Best for: teams that want contact data, unlimited sequences and a US dialer in one tool, at published prices. Limitations: a phone number costs 8 credits, and annual plans can't be downgraded mid-term. Seamless.AI is the better fit if: your test shows clearly better data for your market at a comparable price.
Lusha. Best for: small teams doing quick reveals from a browser extension, with monthly plans that roll credits over. Limitations: a phone costs 5 credits, and a three-person team needs Premium or a larger Pro. See Lusha alternatives. Seamless.AI is the better fit if: you need high volume for many users under one contract.
RocketReach. Best for: email and phone in one lookup, refunded when nothing verified is found. Limitations: Essentials is email only, and annual plans cap exports. See RocketReach alternatives. Seamless.AI is the better fit if: a quote for unlimited users beats per-seat pricing.
UpLead. Best for: small teams that call as much as they email, with monthly plans and no contract. Limitations: single-user plans with small allowances. Seamless.AI is the better fit if: you need many users on one account.
ContactOut. Best for: one user who reveals many emails and phones. Limitations: published plans allow one user per company and the prices were marked limited-time. Seamless.AI is the better fit if: you're buying for a team.
Hunter. Best for: email-only prospecting from company domains, with unlimited users and month-to-month billing. Limitations: no phone numbers. Seamless.AI is the better fit if: your reps call.
ZoomInfo. Best for: larger teams wanting broad data, intent on its Copilot tiers and marketing tools under one contract. Limitations: quote only, and each export costs a credit. Seamless.AI is the better fit if: its quote is lower for the coverage you need.
Cognism. Best for: teams of five or more selling into Europe that care about mobile quality; Pro adds on-demand mobile verification and intent data. Limitations: quote only, five seats included. Seamless.AI is the better fit if: you sell mainly in North America and its test results match.
Bebop (we make it). Best for: teams that need better targeting and preparation: describe the companies you want and get matching accounts and contacts, why each fits, and a playbook with the angle to open with. Limitations: it isn't a high-volume contact export tool; $149 a month for one user with 5,000 credits. Seamless.AI is the better fit if: what you need is raw contact volume.
Stay, switch or renegotiate?
- Stay if your test shows Seamless.AI's records score as well as or better than the alternatives, and the renewal quote sits within the range above.
- Switch if a published-price tool scores as well for less, or if you need month-to-month flexibility. Cancel in the platform before your 60-day deadline, and export what you're entitled to keep first.
- Renegotiate if the data is good but the price isn't. Your test results and the yearly totals above give you specific numbers to bring to the conversation.
Whichever you choose, ask the sourcing questions in sales intelligence platforms compared before you sign.
Next step: if you mainly need emails, compare the specialists in best email finder tools.

Questions people ask
What is the best alternative to Seamless.AI?
It depends on what you want to change. For published prices and monthly billing, Apollo, Lusha, RocketReach and UpLead are the closest self-serve competitors, and Apollo adds sequences and a dialer. For enterprise data and intent, ZoomInfo and Cognism are quote only, like Seamless.AI. For emails only, Hunter is the cheapest published option. Test your top two on 20 to 50 contacts you know.
How much does Seamless.AI cost?
Seamless.AI doesn't publish paid prices. On 26 October 2026, its site said it was free for up to 50 credits, and its pricing page asked how many contacts you need a month before giving a quote. Its terms say every subscription is annual, even when billed monthly. Third-party sites quote figures, but we couldn't verify them against Seamless.AI's own pages, so ask for a written quote.
How do I cancel Seamless.AI?
According to Seamless.AI's terms of use, read on 26 October 2026, you must cancel or modify your subscription in the Seamless platform no later than 60 days before your next annual renewal date. If you don't, the contract renews automatically for another 12 months. Find your renewal date first, count back 60 days, and put that deadline in your calendar before you start testing alternatives.
Does Seamless.AI refund credits for bad data?
Partly. Its Credit Back Protection automatically refunds credits when Seamless.AI's own verification finds an email invalid: the address doesn't exist, is disabled or can't receive mail. It doesn't cover soft bounces, role-based addresses such as info@, emails that stop working later, phone numbers or company data. Refunded credits go back to your balance and can't be redeemed for cash.
Who are Seamless.AI's main competitors?
The tools most often compared with Seamless.AI are Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Cognism, RocketReach, UpLead, ContactOut and Hunter. ZoomInfo and Cognism are quote-only enterprise platforms. Apollo, Lusha, RocketReach, UpLead and ContactOut publish self-serve prices for contact data, and Hunter focuses on email finding. Which fits depends on your users, phone mix and how much contract flexibility you need.
