Lusha pricing: plans, credits, extra seats and what a team really pays

Lusha's plan cards look simple, but a team's bill is set by three things the cards don't show: phones cost five credits, extra seats cost $49.90 each, and Pro and Premium are priced on a credit slider. Work those out before you pick a plan.

Short answer

On 26 October 2026, Lusha had five plans. Free gives 40 credits a month. Starter costs $49.90 a month ($37.45 billed yearly) for 400 credits and one seat. Pro costs $69.90 ($52.45 yearly) for 600 credits and two seats, up to ten. Premium costs $399.90 ($299.95 yearly) for 3,400 credits and five seats, up to 25. Scale is quote only. An email costs 1 credit and a phone number 5.

  • Yearly billing takes 25% off every paid plan, but annual credits reset at year end while monthly credits roll over up to twice the limit.
  • A phone costs 5 credits, so Starter's 400 credits buy 400 emails or about 66 contacts with email and phone.
  • Extra seats cost $49.90 a month each on Pro (up to 10 seats) and Premium (up to 25).
  • Pro and Premium have a credit slider: Pro goes to 3,200 credits a month for $362.40, Premium to 10,000 for $977.40.
  • For six reps needing 1,920 credits a month, Pro with the slider and four extra seats cost $427 a month against $449.80 for Premium.
On this page

This page is for founders, SDR managers and RevOps people pricing Lusha for one rep or a team, or checking whether a renewal still makes sense. Before you start, estimate three numbers: how many people need a login, how many contacts they reveal a month, and how many of those need a phone number.

How we checked

Blackpearl Group, which makes Bebop, wrote this page. Every Lusha price, allowance and rule comes from Lusha's own pricing page (including the plan data behind its credit slider) and its FAQ, checked on 26 October 2026 and listed in the sources. Prices are list prices in US dollars before tax. Other vendors' prices come from their own pricing pages on the same day. We haven't tested Lusha's data against other tools, so accuracy figures here are Lusha's own claims.

Yearly billing is 25% cheaper on every paid plan. Lusha's FAQ describes Scale as a custom annual agreement, and its pricing page promises "50%+ off price per credit" on Scale for customers who meet a minimum spend.

One inconsistency to know: the pricing page asks teams "larger than 5 users" to contact sales, while the FAQ says teams move to Scale above 25 seats. In practice, Pro and Premium can be bought online up to 10 and 25 seats.

What each plan adds

PlanAdds (from Lusha's plan cards)
FreeVerified emails and phones, basic and advanced filters, company data (technology, funding, revenue), automated email sequences, call recordings and AI insights; HubSpot and Salesforce integrations
StarterContact and company lookalikes, bulk enrichment, AI assistant, 5 buying intent topics
ProAPI with full access (Free and Starter have strict rate limits), CSV enrichment, signals such as job changes, webhooks, Data Waterfall
PremiumAdvanced API (higher rate limits, multiple keys), team management, credit allocation across teams, 5 intent topics with unlimited results
ScaleLower price per credit, SSO, 25 intent topics, per-user credit limits, a dedicated success team

A lookup with no match0
API or connector search1 per up to 25 results, plus the data revealed

The FAQ works through the API rule: revealing one contact's email and phone through the API costs 7 credits (1 for the search, 1 for the email, 5 for the phone). One credit balance covers the Workspace, the browser extension, the API and Lusha's AI connectors.

The credit slider and extra seats

Pro and Premium aren't fixed bundles. Lusha's pricing page lets you raise the credit allowance and add seats:

ProPremium
Base600 credits, 2 seats, $69.90 a month3,400 credits, 5 seats, $399.90 a month
Credit slider, monthlySteps of 200 credits for $22.50, up to 3,200 credits for $362.40Up to 10,000 credits for $977.40
Credit slider, yearlyUp to 38,400 credits a year for $3,359.10Up to 120,000 credits a year for $9,539.10
Extra seats$49.90 a month, or $449.10 a year, each; up to 8 moreSame price; up to 20 more

You can also buy one-off credits from account settings at any time; the pricing page doesn't list their price, and the FAQ says ongoing volume is cheaper through the slider.

What a contact really costs

Because a phone costs five times an email, the same plan buys very different numbers of contacts:

PlanPrice per credit (monthly / yearly)Emails onlyContacts with email and phone (6 credits)
Starter$0.125 / $0.094400 a month66 a month
Pro$0.117 / $0.087600100
Pro at 3,200 credits$0.113 / $0.0873,200533
Premium$0.118 / $0.0883,400566
Premium at 10,000 credits a month$0.098 / $0.07910,0001,666

Price per credit is the plan price divided by its credits: for example, $49.90 ÷ 400 = $0.125. The unit price barely falls as you move up; most of the saving comes from yearly billing. At Pro's base price, a contact with email and phone costs $69.90 ÷ 100 = $0.70.

Worked example: six reps at a logistics software company

Illustrative example. The company and volumes are invented. Prices are Lusha's list prices on 26 October 2026, before tax.

The team: Palletpath (palletpath.example) sells carrier onboarding software to freight brokerages. Six SDRs each reveal 120 contacts a month (operations and carrier sales managers) and need a phone number for 40 of them.

Credits needed: per rep, 120 emails × 1 + 40 phones × 5 = 120 + 200 = 320 credits. For the team, 6 × 320 = 1,920 credits a month.

OptionHow it covers 1,920 credits and 6 usersMonthly billingYearly billing
Pro, slider at 2,000 credits, plus 4 seats2,000 credits; 2 included seats + 4 × $49.90$227.40 + $199.60 = $427.00$2,099.10 + (4 × $449.10) = $3,895.50 a year ($324.63 a month)
Premium, plus 1 seat3,400 credits; 5 included seats + 1 × $49.90$399.90 + $49.90 = $449.80$3,599.10 + $449.10 = $4,048.20 a year ($337.35 a month)
Six separate Starter accounts400 credits each, 320 needed; no shared pool, team management or Data Waterfall6 × $49.90 = $299.406 × $449.10 = $2,694.60 a year

Reading the table:

  • Pro with the slider is the cheapest team plan at Palletpath's volume, by $22.80 a month. Premium costs a little more but brings 1,400 spare credits, team management, credit allocation and unlimited intent results.
  • Separate Starter accounts look cheapest but give up the shared balance: a rep who needs 450 credits in a busy month can't borrow from a quiet colleague. Lusha's FAQ positions Starter for "one rep", so check with Lusha before running a team this way.
  • Phones drive the bill. If every contact needs a phone, the team needs 6 × 120 × 6 = 4,320 credits a month: above Pro's 3,200 ceiling, so Premium on the slider (4,400 credits for $506.15) plus one seat, $556.05 a month.
  • Rollover changes the yearly maths. On monthly billing, a quiet month's unused credits roll over (up to twice the plan's monthly amount). On yearly billing, the full year's credits arrive at once and reset at the end. Yearly is 25% cheaper; monthly is more forgiving if volume swings.
  • The same work elsewhere. Apollo needs 720 + (240 × 8) = 2,640 credits, inside six Basic seats (15,000 credits) at $390 a month or $294 billed annually, with sequences included. Lusha wins on phone cost per credit; Apollo wins on credits per dollar. Lusha alternatives runs the same comparison across nine tools.

Run a two-week test before you pay

  1. Build a truth set. Pick 30 contacts whose email and phone you know are right because they replied or answered recently, including your hardest segment.
  2. Set pass marks. For example: 75% of emails found, under 3% bounces, half of phones reaching the right person.
  3. Use the free plan first. Forty credits cover 40 emails, or 10 emails and 6 phones (10 + 30 = 40 credits). Lusha shows whether an email or phone exists before you spend, so note the fill rate for free.
  4. Buy one monthly Starter month for the phones. 400 credits cover 30 contacts with both (180 credits) with room to spare.
  5. Score every record. +1 for the right person, current role, working email or number; 0 for plausible but unconfirmed; -1 for wrong person, departed, bounced or wrong number. GTM-Bench, Blackpearl Group's June 2026 benchmark of AI prospecting systems, scores weak records -1 the same way. Lusha publishes 98% email accuracy and 85% US phone accuracy; your score is the figure that applies to your market.
  6. Dial the phones and record right-person connects.
  7. Cost it. Cost per usable contact = monthly price ÷ (contacts × share scoring +1). For Palletpath on Pro at $427, if 80% of 720 contacts score +1: $427 ÷ 576 = $0.74.

Decision and why:

Where Lusha's pricing catches people out

  • Phones cost five times emails. Plan on credits, not contacts, and use the free "does a phone exist" check before revealing.
  • Seats add up. Six users on Pro means four extra seats, $199.60 a month on top of the plan.
  • API searches cost credits. Through the API or AI connectors, every search of up to 25 results costs a credit before any data is revealed.
  • Yearly credits don't roll over. The 25% saving comes with a use-it-or-lose-it year.
  • Renewal price isn't fixed. Plans renew at the price in effect at renewal, so check the pricing page before the 14-day cancellation window.
  • CSV export is paid. Export your lists before you downgrade to Free.

Next step: if the maths points away from Lusha, compare nine replacements by the reason you're leaving in Lusha alternatives.

Questions people ask

How much does Lusha cost per month?

On 26 October 2026, Lusha's Starter plan cost $49.90 a month (or $37.45 a month billed yearly) for 400 credits and one seat. Pro cost $69.90 ($52.45 yearly) for 600 credits and two seats, and Premium $399.90 ($299.95 yearly) for 3,400 credits and five seats. The free plan gives 40 credits a month, and Scale is quote only. Extra seats on Pro and Premium cost $49.90 a month each.

How many credits does Lusha charge for a phone number?

Five. Lusha charges 1 credit to reveal a verified email, 5 to reveal a phone number and 1 for company information. Seeing whether a phone exists before revealing it is free, and a lookup with no match costs nothing. Through Data Waterfall, which checks outside providers when Lusha has no match, a phone costs 8 credits, charged only on a confirmed match.

Do Lusha credits roll over?

On monthly plans, yes: unused credits roll over and can build up to twice your plan's monthly limit while you stay subscribed. On yearly plans, you get all the year's credits up front, and anything unused resets at the end of the annual cycle. If you don't renew, unused credits are forfeited. Lusha's Community program credits don't roll over.

Is Lusha's free plan really free?

Yes. Lusha's Free plan costs nothing, needs no credit card and doesn't expire. It gives one seat and 40 credits a month, enough for 40 email reveals or a mix such as 10 emails and 6 phone numbers. It includes the Workspace, the browser extension and the HubSpot and Salesforce integrations, but API access is rate-limited and CSV export is a paid feature.

How do I cancel Lusha?

An account admin cancels from Account Settings, under Payment and Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle and your credits stay available until then. Because plans renew automatically, Lusha's FAQ says to cancel at least 14 days before the renewal date. Export your lists first, since CSV export is a paid feature, or freeze the plan for one or two months instead.
